The 22st Annual MEITAL National Conference “Integrating Teaching and Learning Technologies in Higher Education: Insights from the Past & Trends for the Future” on Wednesday July 24, 2024. The conference is a large, national gathering held annually at a MEITAL member academic institution. The program focuses on the achievements and challenges of integrating and advancing digital learning technologies in higher education, and the trends that are shaping the future of this field both in Israel and globally. The conference will include on integrating e-learning in academic instruction, poster exhibitions and sponsor exhibitions. Academic instructors and others interested in e-learning in higher education institutions in Israel are invited to participate
Conference Goals
Presenting Trends: The conference aims to showcase trends in academic research, learning, and teaching that incorporate learning tools and technologies both in Israel and globally. It provides a platform for fostering collaborations in research and development related to technology-enhanced learning within higher education systems
Observing and Examining Effects: We will closely examine the impact of learning technologies on all stakeholders involved in the academic teaching process—students, teaching staff, and higher education institutions
Promoting Discourse and Vision: The conference also seeks to create opportunities for academic and professional discussions, ultimately shaping a shared vision for the future of teaching and learning in higher education
